Garlic Plus™ supplies garlic concentrate with chlorophyllins and vitamin C. Crude extracts of garlic (Allium sativum) have been shown to inhibit the expression of a large number of bacterial quorum sensing (QS)-controlled genes. In the bacteria, QS functions in coordinating a specific expression of genes. These genes function to synchronize the expression of a particular phenotype between the individual bacterial cells, which may initially impact the infection process. {Sakuragi Y, Roberto Kolter R. Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Garlic (Allium sativum) (clove), and Chlorophyllins (from Mulberry leaf). Each Garlic Plus™ tablet provides the natural constituents of 1,500 mg of fresh, whole garlic combined with vitamin C and chlorophyllins in a sustained released formulation. Methyl-cellulose, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silica and food glaze. This product is gluten and dairy free.
One (1) tablet with each meal as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
